What You’ll Do:

🔹 Handle ski and snowboard tuning, repairs, and binding mounts for both retail and rental customers
🔹 Deliver expert technical advice and service, helping customers get the most out of their gear
🔹 Manage workshop bookings to ensure efficient turnaround times and top-quality service
🔹 Maintain and operate tuning machinery, keeping everything in top condition
🔹 Support and train team members in workshop processes and snow equipment

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in ski and snowboard tuning, binding mounting, and repairs
✅ A passion for outdoor sports and delivering exceptional customer service
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
✅ Knowledge of industry safety standards and best practices
✅ A team player who thrives in a fun and dynamic retail setting
