Snow Workshop Technician - Queenstown

Do you love the outdoors and helping others enjoy it to the fullest?  If so, this role is perfect for you!  As a Snow Workshop Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, guiding them through ski and snowboard repairs, tune-ups, and new equipment setups.  Here’s why you’ll enjoy this role:

• Handling and overseeing ski and snowboard repairs, tune-ups, and mounting bindings for both retail and rental.
• Manage the booking system and ensure that all team members comply with the appropriate process, contributing to smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Share your knowledge by providing expert technical service and advice.

What you will bring to the role:

With a friendly and outgoing personality, you will also possess the following:

• Ideally, two years of snow workshop experience with contemporary tuning machinery, demonstrating an understanding of gear requirements for relevant activities.
• Technical skills of both ski and snowboard mechanics, repairing, binding, mounting and a wide snow industry experience and knowledge
• Top-notch communication skills
• The ability to liaise and engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Have high levels of initiative, display a good teamwork skill and be flexible and adaptable.
