What You’ll Be Doing:

• Data Wizardry: Enter and manage product details (descriptions, prices, SKUs, dimensions) to ensure flawless online listings.
• Perfectionist Approach: Keep product data error-free, ensuring customers always get the right details.
• Inventory Updates: Monitor stock levels, update out-of-stock items, and manage restock timelines.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Warehouse, and Product teams to align inventory with customer demand.
• Quick Thinker: Escalate and resolve stock issues impacting product visibility or availability.
• Flexible Performer: Handle urgent updates and last-minute changes with efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

• A strong eye for detail to keep data consistent and error-free.
• Stellar time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, stock systems (Ontempo experience is a bonus!), and Excel.
