Love bikes?  So do we!  As a Bike Mechanic, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, building and maintaining bikes to a high standard for our customers.  In this hands-on role you will also be involved in:

  • Ensuring that there is enough stock on hand.
  • Handling customer queries.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area.
What you will bring to the role:

 

Along with your passion for bikes you will also possess the following:

  • Ideally, you’ll have proven experience in a bike workshop and/or a qualification in the bike industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of customers.
  • Can work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A natural problem solver with a knack for using your initiative to overcome challenges.
  • Health and safety mindset.
  • A desire to be part of a team that’s dedicated to making outdoor adventures accessible and unforgettable for everyone.
