We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our Te Rapa team. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support a passionate team, and help create an engaging store environment from the ground up.
Rostered Hours:
- Monday (08:30am - 18:15pm)
- Tuesday (08:30am - 18:15pm)
- Wednesday (08:30am - 18:15pm)
- Thursday (08:30am - 18:15pm)
- Sunday (09:30am - 17:15pm)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Store Manager with operations, staffing, and store standards.
- Leading and coaching the team to deliver great service and exceed expectations.
- Assisting customers with product selection and providing helpful, honest advice.
- Helping to manage stock flow and maintain strong visual merchandising throughout the store.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in retail leadership or strong experience in customer service.
- Excellent people skills—you’re approachable, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, can-do approach.
