As a leader in-store, you’ll also help steer the team, support the Store and Assistant Managers, and ensure our visual displays are as inspiring as the adventures they represent.

The hours that you would be required to work are as follows:

• Monday (8:30am - 17:45pm)
• Tuesday (10:30am - 17:30pm)
• Wednesday (8:30am - 17:45pm)
• Thursday (8:30am - 17:45pm)
• Sunday (9:30am - 17:45pm)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Top-Notch Customer Experiences: Share your knowledge, answer questions, and make each customer feel ready for their next adventure.
• Visual Merchandising Champion: Curate eye-catching displays that inspire and engage.
• Collaborate & Lead: Keep the energy up, support team operations, and ensure smooth sailing even during busy times.
• Know Your Gear: From bikes to backpacks, you’ll know our products inside and out, offering genuine recommendations.
